We would suggest our client to secure any valuable fragile items and declutter thus our cleaner could focus on more important task instead of taking the time to organize items.

We also encourage our client to read through our booking policy and the cleaning procedure so you would roughly have an idea of what the cleaner will do.

You may leave note or meet the cleaner on the first visit if you have any special request.

It is absolutely fine whether you prefer to stay or leave when the cleaner comes. However, please keep in mind that every cleaner have their own cleaning routine, you would wish them to finish the job within the limited time frame ! A cleaner usually won't ask a person to leave the room or sofa. If someone is using the bathroom or toilet while the cleaner is vacuuming the floor, the cleaner will most probably skip these rooms and do mopping once the vacuum is done, these skipped areas will not be able to mop because it haven't been vacuumed. If the cleaner were asked to do these skipped areas, this could result in extending time and cost more.

Should I pass on a key to the cleaner to enter my house ?
Should I pass on a key to the cleaner to enter my house ?
We do recommend our client to give instructions to our cleaner to access the key and the property.. Based on our experiences, its best to have a key lock box with password set so our cleaner will be able to retrieve the key by entering the code provided.
